Special Effects hair dye is a semipermanent, conditioning hair color that comes in a wide spectrum of fabulous colors.

- lasts 4 to 16 weeks, depending on shade and hair type (longer on bleached or prelightened hair).
- vegan and cruelty-free (not tested on animals)
- 118ml or 4 fl oz. bottle
- the following colors (that are available) glow under black light: Atomic Pink, Nuclear Red, Cherry Bomb, Hi-Octane Orange, Cupcake Pink, and Napalm Orange.
